2010-06-23 (1) : Cash-flow is down! We might have to move tenants around a bit, perhaps put a new tenant into 18 and add a new flat to 33 and/or add a new flat to 18. It's a catch-22: Cash flow is down but we need money to do this!

2010-01-28 : From the time we first graphed our price history, we have been concerned about the first three years that our share price clearly did not track the market.
This has been fixed. The members of ProCubed Investments have reduced the T9PF share pricing errors over this period and reallocated shares according to the corrected pricing.
Some deals received more shares. Some deals received less. Overall, there are now a few more shares in circulation which, given that we are currently under-valued, is not a problem.
The important thing is this: All share holders are happy with the reallocation of shares!
2010-01-27 : PeterZ met with HH regarding take-over of monitoring. A quote will be emailed
2010-01-26 : The impact of the first round of sales of our 101 Great Deals has been modeled.
If only these fourteen deals go through, we will raise our investments to about R 361,633 which will duly push our asset to about R 736,064.
This is expected to lift our share price to around R 108.27 and our WakeUp! price to around R 99.90.
In the interests of simplicity, predictability and the opportunity to move deals, the current pricing of our 101 Great Deals will not change for the pending round of sales.

2010-01-25 : A database audit has revealed that our 1-in-20 bonus rule was missed on five transactions.
To correct this, Alice has been allocated three 1-in-20 bonus shares (1 T9PF on each of 2009-03-06, 2009-05-07 and 2010-01-04),
PeterZ has been allocated twelve 1-in-20 bonus shares (on 2009-08-07) and
TACS has been allocated eleven 1-in-20 bonus shares (on 2009-08-07)
2010-01-25 : Some key T9PF trades
2010-01-25 : Member's loan accounts that have been built up will be used to drive a re-proportioning of ProCubed Investments.
Majority members will be allocated closest percentile rounded up and minority members will be allocated closest percentile rounded down.
Allocations will reflect current T9PF holding.
T9PF share holders who are not members of ProCubed Investments will be allocated pro-rata to those who are members ProCubed Investments.
Proportions should be updated every time a loan account reaches 5% of T9PF holding, or when a minority member should drop to the next lower percentile.
Members will be encouraged to maintain a minimum of 10%
2010-01-25 : Because of the ProCubed Investments drive to sell T9PF shares at deeply discounted prices, SECC has increased the T9PF buy/sell differential to 7.466%.
(The T9PF now buys back at 7.466% less than the T9PF selling price)
2010-01-24 : PeterZ and TACS assessed three show houses on the other side of the valley.

In comparison, our existing pieces at R 712,794 and R 1,298,638 are under priced and what we want for R 2,500,000 is (at least for now) over priced
