| Loans | Up to half of your last cash payment can be used as a "loan". This loan will be covered by a decrease in units paid at a rate equal to the lesser of last rate used on your account and the current municipal rate |
| The Boogeyman | After 2010-05-15, the collection of any money that has been due for over 100 days will be outsourced. This will include collecting money to maintain a minimum deposit of 21/19 of one month's rent. Should anyone become testy about these processes, the 100 days mentioned here will be reduced |
