This is our Two+One rate, which is fairly arbitrary. PeterZ needed a number for Tenant at the end of April, so he stumbled on something quite close to two parts Current with one part Last 13.
(Hence the name, "Two+One", though this doesn't really mean anything) If you are going to pay in this window, try get an updated number from Alice or work one out for yourself |
| Normal cover (1st, 2nd, 3rd) |
Use current municipal rates. Here "current" means the municipal rate on the date payment for your units is received, not the rate on the date that your units were used.
Note: Rate changes will be on the first of the month

| Late cover (paid 4th or later) |
You will be charged current municipal rates plus 10% on ALL unpaid units AND bonus shares will be taken for electricity!.

| Loans |
Up to half of your last cash payment can be used as a "loan". This loan will be covered by a decrease in units paid at a rate equal to the lesser of last rate used on your account and the current municipal rate

| The Boogeyman |
After 2010-05-15, the collection of any money that has been due for over 100 days will be outsourced. This will include collecting money to maintain a minimum deposit of 21/19 of one month's rent.
Should anyone become testy about these processes, the 100 days mentioned here will be reduced
