R 2,500,000 Wanted !

Get your share of the special T9PF shares that are being released to raise what we still need. Do this BEFORE new equity partners are invited to join in

Over 6 months, we intend to offer about 2,400 T9PF in special deals, only to current members (to attract about R 383,184)

Marbles has committed R 240,000 of current SeOS holdings to T9PF, and will hold a contingency reserve of an additional R 200,000

Our tenants have a major incentive to help!  They are encouraged to pay rent in advance, which could raise up to about R 60,000

To compensate for a loss of revenue as tenants take up rent in advance, an auxiliary revenue stream will be developed by selling shares with rent

To assist with capital, ProCubed Investments might raise a bond up to about R 746,097

The balance of about R 1,420,719 will be offered to developers.  R 350,000 of this will feed into transfer fees
