To get started, Procubed Investments has released a set of "WakeUp!" deals ...a sort of "re-run" of 101 great deals our members enjoyed while the markets were low.

These WakeUp! deals hope to raise about R 416,952 and this offer is only available to existing members.  Deals will be allocated round-robin AJMsMpF54SP

For this project, marbles has committed R 220,000 of current SeOS holdings to T9PF, and will hold a contingency reserve of an additional R 200,000

Even our tenants have an incentive to help!  They are encouraged to pay rent in advance, which could raise up to about R 308,028

To compensate for a loss of revenue as tenants take up rent in advance, an auxiliary revenue stream will be developed by selling shares with rent

Over 12 months, we might sell an addition 4000 T9PF in special deals (to attract about R 480,000)

To assist with capital, ProCubed Investments might raise a bond up to about R 523,519

To make up the balance of about R 551,501, we hope to attract developers at no less than R 170 per T9PF
