With a T9PF price of about R 113.15, we think we are worth about R 1,885,552 which is made up as follows

Property - R 920,711  This is a subjective property evaluation
(but is generally considered to be low)
D1RE - R 706,153  Mostly a subjective property evaluation
(but is generally considered reasonable)
Investments - R 258,688  This is a real and cashable asset
(mostly in the SeOS fund)

So, buying T9PF shares at our normal price is a bargain!  But to buy these shares at our current WakeUp! price is a steal!

Will this last long?  Not likely!  The faster we find success at raising funds, and the faster the market proves our conservative pricing, the faster our prices will rise

Pricing follows a straight line that is aiming to pin T9PF property value to R 1,600,000 at the same time that our investments reach R 3,300,000
